Part 2: Journey of Business Class flight

In flight, whenever they serve any food, they will put a white cloth to cover the table. Then they starts with Yogurt and Fruits. Unlike economy where they will dump all the food on your tray at one go, Business class gives you the "course meal" type of feel. After you finished you fruits, then only they will serve the main course. Breakfast include a bread (garlic, croissant and etc) then with a main meal. 

The toilet also looks more class. With darker themed restroom, it gave the elegant and mysterious feel to the toilet experience. 

Before landing, I choose the Seafood porridge as my meal so that I don't eat too much. To my surprise, the porridge is filled with Big prawns and scallops, very delicious indeed.

I have been traveling economy class in flight for many times but rarely we have opportunities to fly Business class.

Due to work, I was given a chance to fly from Penang, Malaysia to United State. I'll share photos and experiences I had while on this trip.

In Penang International Airport, after you have cleared the Security check, go ahead and proceed to the left and up to Second Floor. There you will be greeted by two "Air Seward".

At the counter, providing the Free entrance ticket to the lady and you can enter into the Lounge.

This is a smaller version of the Lounge with 1 Restroom for Men and 1 for the Lady.

Inside, there is a buffer snack available with Mee Soup, pastries, fruits, drinks and more.
Overall, there are many seating areas from Bar cushion to low sofa. Charging area are right next to the chairs for your electronic charging convenience.








When it is time to board the plane, an announcement will be made in the public broadcast announcement and I went down the escalator and walk right to the gate and boarded the plane in less than 5 mins. Very convenient with no line, no waiting and absolutely no sweat at all,

This unit is facing West side of the Elite Height.

The view is magnificent. The view is 180 degree without obstruction. I can see all the way to the edge of Sungai Ara where the popular Regency Height is residing.

The developer provide some kind of movable Sunlight shielding for the heat during the evening time of the day.

Cheapest Property in MAPEX 2014 => Sierra East Condo @ Bukit Jambul? Or is it?

Con:
Later on with Block B - total units should equal or more than 512 units. It is a very dense apartment.
Not to mention the environment around it, it is surrounded by Low Medium Cost Apartment. Lots of factory workers stay in the area.
Total around RM426 - 500 per square ft. Pretty high rate per sq ft for Relau.
Location is nearer to Relau than to Bukit Jambul.

Large swimming pool ( Shared between Block A and B)

For more than half a million, you get a of the four wall cube up in the sky. The four wall might be good, but outside it is crowded with Low and Medium Cost apartments. I might need to think twice.

Million dollar house at Sunway Cassia Penang landed property at Batu Maung, worth a shot?

Batu Maung is an area that is very close to the Penang Second Bridge.
But is it worth to spend RM1.18million + to purchase a new 3-stories Terrance link house?

This is the show house. It is open now, can go and see the actual unit.

From my observation when I drove around the neighborhood, I can see there are not many owner has moved in. 3-4 houses put up signs asking for Sales/Rent.

What I didn't really like is the drive in. I passed by lots of low cost flats on the way in.

Location seems to be pretty nearby to Penang Second bridge and one end of the Penang Free Trade Zone. Down side, it is RM1.18million plus in Batu Maung and every time you go out or coming home, you'll be passing by lots of low-cost flat.
